Khloud
DTC strategy + growth advisory to identify the highest-impact levers across the full funnel and build a profitability-first roadmap.
Overview
The Brand
Attomik partnered with Khloud Foods' executive team to evaluate their direct-to-consumer operations and identify high-impact opportunities across the full DTC funnel. Through a focused strategic engagement, we analyzed performance drivers, customer behavior, and unit economics to develop clear, actionable recommendations.
The work delivered a long-term DTC roadmap designed to increase AOV, reduce CAC, and support sustainable, profitable growth beyond short-term tactics.
The Challenge
Khloud needed an objective view of what was actually driving growth and profitability across acquisition, conversion, and retention. Key questions centered on unit economics (CAC, contribution margin, payback), customer behavior by cohort, and where funnel friction was suppressing CVR and AOV. The goal was to prioritize the few highest-leverage initiatives that would meaningfully improve efficiency and profitability.
Our Approach
How We
Advised Khloud
-
01Funnel + Performance Diagnostics
Audited the end-to-end DTC funnel — traffic → landing → PDP → checkout → post-purchase — to identify drop-offs, friction points, and quick wins at every stage.
-
02Customer + Cohort Analysis⚡ AI-Accelerated
Reviewed customer segments and purchase behavior to isolate retention drivers and LTV opportunities. AI-assisted cohort modeling compressed weeks of analysis into days, surfacing the behavioral patterns that most predicted long-term value.
-
03Unit Economics + Channel Efficiency
Assessed CAC, margins, payback periods, and channel mix to define sustainable scaling thresholds. Built a contribution margin model across channels to show exactly which growth levers improved — and which eroded — profitability.
-
04Roadmap + Prioritization
Delivered a sequenced DTC growth roadmap with clear owners, effort/impact scoring, and a distinction between near-term tests and longer-term initiatives — so the team knew exactly what to do first and why.
