The Brand
HpO partnered with Attomik to develop a complete DTC growth strategy and strengthen its ecommerce foundation on Shopify. We improved the storefront experience, refined merchandising and conversion flows, and aligned pricing and offer strategy to support healthier unit economics.
In parallel, we launched and managed Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid media to drive new customer acquisition and create a scalable performance marketing engine.
The Challenge
HpO needed a clearer strategy across positioning, offers, and the onsite funnel to improve conversion and customer experience. The brand also required a more intentional pricing and packaging approach to support margins and efficient acquisition. The goal was to create a structured DTC engine that connects paid traffic to a stronger onsite experience — driving consistent performance and enabling scalable growth.
